About the Role

Forefront Ventures is hiring a Shared Services Coordinator to provide day-to-day support across multiple portfolio companies. This is a dynamic and people-focused role perfect for a highly organized individual who enjoys variety, thrives on supporting internal teams, and can switch gears between administrative, HR, accounting, and client-facing tasks with ease.

This position is a vital part of our shared services team, delivering light HR, accounting, vendor management, and client support functions across the growing Forefront ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shared services across affiliated companies.
• Handle light accounts receivable tasks (invoice tracking, reminders, etc.).
• Support recruitment efforts and job posting activities.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics.
• Maintain HR compliance records and documentation.
• Coordinate benefits administration and support employee relations.
• Assist with compensation tracking and planning activities.
• Interface with vendors that support company operations.
• Generate sales quotes and service orders for clients.
• Update customer records and track contract renewals.
• Calendar Coordination & Meeting Scheduling
• Expense Tracking Support
• Assist with Light Marketing Coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in admin, HR, client services, or light accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like CRMs, ATS platforms, and invoicing systems is a plus.
